THOMAS AARON GAME ROOM FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

Game room furniture and accessory items are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase. Fabrics are not included. Manufacturer will determine, at its option to repair or replace any product, component, or part thereof that is defective. Manufacturer does not warrant its products against damage caused by third parties. This warranty does not cover paint or wood scratches, cosmetic blemishes, or other normal wear and tear. Owner is responsible for any shipping of defective product to the Manufacturer. Warranties are not transferable and coverages only apply for the original purchaser (the Owner). The Owner is responsible for any shipping and labor costs.

THIS WARRANTYis the entire understanding between you and Thomas Aaron Billiards of the Warranty coverage for your pool table and/or game room furniture and accessories. Thomas Aaron makes no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document; nor does it authorize any person or entity to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with your product(s). This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights which may vary from state to state.
